Leading three Agile development teams through claims automation and data processing initiatives, organizational rebranding, and software systems migration.
The Problem
Three concurrent initiatives — claims automation and data processing, an organization-wide rebrand, and a software systems migration — were competing for the same teams' time and attention, with real risk of one initiative silently stalling the others.
The Approach
Built a single coordinated project plan spanning all three initiatives rather than managing them as isolated efforts, with explicit dependency tracking between teams so conflicts surfaced early instead of at delivery time.
What I Built
- Built detailed project plans: meeting cadence, gantt charts, resource allocation, budget management, and dependency tracking across three Agile teams.
- Negotiated competing priorities with business leadership using scope projections and resourcing constraints.
- Ran cross-functional intake and delivery across multiple business segments plus external deliverables.
- Planned risk mitigation for the specific points where the three initiatives intersected.
